Who receives your enquiry
Magnesta Private Limited. Enquiries are coordinated by Chahat Agarwal and Ankit Singh through salesdept3.pal@gmail.com and +91 9044231212.
What you choose to share
The project brief asks for your name, phone number, role, project city and area of interest. Email, organisation, project stage and requirements are optional. Please provide only what is needed for the discussion, not payment details, identity documents or confidential third-party information.
When information leaves this page
Preparing a brief does not send it to Magnesta. This website does not save form entries to a database or Google Sheet. You open an email or WhatsApp draft, review it and press Send in that service. Those services process the message under their own terms and policies. Opening a draft is not proof that a message was sent.
Why Magnesta uses your enquiry
To understand your requirements, respond, coordinate a quotation or site discussion and follow up on that project. A project enquiry does not subscribe you to newsletters or advertising. Magnesta does not use this form to upload customer contact lists to advertising platforms.
Optional website analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, general engagement, traffic sources, approximate region and device category. It also measures system-page visits, project-enquiry link clicks, prepared briefs, and the choice to open WhatsApp, email or a phone link.
These events describe actions, not confirmed sales or delivered enquiries. Automatic form and outbound-link measurement is disabled. The website does not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, form-field values, enquiry text or email/WhatsApp message URLs to Analytics. Page and referring URLs are stripped of query strings and fragments before being supplied by the website.
Cookies, choice and withdrawal
Analytics is not loaded until you opt in. After consent, Google may use first-party analytics cookies to recognise a browser across visits. This is pseudonymous measurement, not a directory of identifiable visitors. Google processes this information under its own privacy terms; reporting can be limited by browser settings, blockers and privacy thresholds.
Your analytics choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. You can decline optional tracking and still use all enquiry options. Review your choice below to withdraw consent; the page reloads without loading Analytics. Previously collected information is not automatically erased by changing this browser preference. You can also clear existing cookies through your browser settings.
Advertising and demographic data
Meta tracking and Google Ads remarketing are not active on this version. Advertising consent is separate from analytics consent and will not be inferred from an enquiry or an earlier analytics choice. Any future activation requires updated platform settings, a matching notice and the visitor’s applicable choice.
Analytics does not provide the identity, contact details or demographics of every visitor. Where demographic reporting is enabled in a future approved setup, it may be aggregated, incomplete or withheld by privacy thresholds.
Newsletter choice
Newsletter interest is a separate request. Sending it asks the team to confirm your email preference before adding you to a mailing list. Reply “Unsubscribe” or contact the email above to withdraw.
Access, retention and requests
Sent enquiries remain in the receiving email or WhatsApp service. Contact Magnesta to request correction, withdrawal of contact permission or deletion. Records needed for an ongoing contract or applicable obligations require separate review. Do not send identity documents as part of an initial privacy request.
Future changes
A direct-send form, Google Sheets integration, advertising platform or upload service will need a notice describing the changed processing and recipients. This notice describes the current website configuration.
